Having recently moved from another large web host, who I had been with for 2 years, it was refreshing to find the whole process was handled completely smoothly with hostranet. Their support is fantastic - both by livehelp and email, and the premium web hosting package contains everything I need with simple management via the control panel. Not many web hosting providers support social networking websites especially Dolphin software its free but needs php.ini and .htaccess and hostranet has all the features to run it. I just wanted to tell new people a little bit about
my experience with Hostranet hosting. I signed up
for a hosting account about 6 months ago after
finding Hostranet on the web while searching for
"inexpensive" web hosts. I'm sure a lot of you have
been through the same experience... it's hard to
tell who will be a good host and who won't until you
actually get an account. Well, the same was true for
me and when I signed on here I really had no idea
what I was getting into. It has now been 6 months
and I am pleased to report that Hostranet has not
only met but far exceeded my hopes and expectations.
The hosting has been reliable with no downtime at
all and the support has been exceptional-by
exceptional i mean just that-I have several other
sites hosted with different companies and NOWHERE
else have I been provided with the expert, timely
personal attention that I have received from the
Hostranet support team - The support here is second
to none. If you're a new user, as I was at the time,
you'll appreciate this even more - but I must say
that much of what I have learned has been due to the
support team here and the knowledge base (which I
have found invaluable) that is available to members
I wanted to write this because I wish someone else
had written something like this before I signed
up-it might have made my search a bit easier and
saved me the trouble of trying other hosts-which, by
the way, I will be changing as my accounts expire.

I cannot believe the quality of technical support at
Hostranet. I honestly don't understand how they can
afford to sell hosting so inexpensively while still
providing such top-notch support.

After trying several hosting companies, at last I
have found one that goes further that what it
promises, yes it's the cheapest, yes it offers the
best possible service, yes there is no downtime and
the servers are quick but it also offers the best
possible customer service, I can go online at any
time of the day or night to find a helpful member of
Tech support at the other end who always fixes my
problem in a helpful and friendly way. I honestly
recommend Hostranet to all of my friends.
